Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for our Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in our Dallas, New York or Wilmington offices. This is a position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates should have 2 - 6 years of legal experience including: substantive Chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment. Qualified applicants should submit cover letter, resume and writing sample. JD required. Texas, New York or Delaware (as applicable) Bar Admission required. Compensation: Salary will range between $220,000 - $310,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
