The San Diego office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate with 3+ years experience to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment and general litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners . We are looking for the next team member to join our community and has a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with good skills in any litigation arena.
