Immigration Associate – Indianapolis Hall, Render, Killian, Heath, & Lyman is the nation’s largest law firm focused exclusively on matters specific to health care organizations. We are currently seeking an attorney with zero to two years’ experience in employment-based immigration matters to join our Indianapolis office. Candidate will assist in preparation and filing of employment-based non-immigrant petitions with USCIS, assist with preparing PERM ETA 9089 applications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and I-485 applications. We’re Looking for: J.D., or anticipated J.D. by June 1, 2024, from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Indiana, ability to transfer license, or have the ability to become licensed within one year. 0-2 years of legal experience (ideal), with a strong academic record. Exceptional communication, writing, research, and analytical skills. Experience in Healthcare immigration is preferred, though not required.
