Clyde & Co seeks an Attorney to join our APH Products Liability Group insurance group in Kansas City or St. Louis. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who has an interest in working on product liability matters. This thriving practice represents and advises national and international insurers in a broad range of cases including a wide range of asbestos litigation and/or product liability litigation, experience in this area is a plus, but is not essential. What you’ll do: Taking depositions and attending hearings Drafting pleadings and briefs Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation. We’re looking for someone who: Asbestos/toxic tort experience a plus.
