Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic insurance practice has an opportunity for an Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate with a minimum of four years of coverage experience to join our New York, NY office. Responsibilities will include drafting coverage opinions, reviewing and analyzing claim documents, reviewing and assessing policy language, litigating declaratory judgment and bad faith actions in New York and many other jurisdictions, and providing a wide range of insurance coverage services to our clients including updating policy language. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office. Founded 70 years ago, Ropers Majeski maintains offices internationally and throughout the United States.
