Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of litigation experience and be a former federal judicial law clerk. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia bar. Clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
