Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years ofemployment litigation experience to join the Firm. The ideal candidate willhave significant employment litigation and counseling experience, stronganalytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independentlyand within a team environment. Traditional labor expertise is preferred but notrequired. The Firm welcomes applicants who are self-starters, comfortable withclient interaction and seeking career development and advancementopportunities. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in thestate in which the office is located. This position is not open to recruiters. The salary range for this position in our Los Angeles, NewYork, and Washington DC office is $200,000-$240,000. Actual salary willvary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training andother job-related factors. The range listed is just one of ThompsonCoburn’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includesproductivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disabilityinsurance; and a 401(k) plan.
