King & Spalding seeks an associate for with experience in ITC section 337 investigations to be resident in the Washington, DC office. Experience in federal district court patent, trademark, or copyright litigation, or other international trade remedy investigations is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, two to five years of section 337 experience. An undergraduate technical degree is helpful, but not required, for candidates with relevant experience.
