Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Managing Counsel, IP Litigation for our Palo Alto location. As a member of Tesla’s IP Litigation team, you will be directly engaged in developing and driving litigation strategy with a trial-focused approach and partnering with the business to identify potential litigation risks and solutions. You will be supporting Tesla in a wide range of significant litigation matters worldwide, but primarily focused on intellectual property litigations and Patent Office proceedings. You will be joining a fun, fast-paced and growing legal team working collaboratively together on novel legal issues.
