<br> York Space Systems has an opening for an Associate General Counsel, reporting to and supporting the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer (CLAO). The work location is Greenwood Village, Colorado (no remote option).

<b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>
The individual will serve as a generalist responsible for providing supporting in a variety of areas, notably employment, intellectual property, and litigation.

<li>Experience in one or more of the above subject matter areas.</li>
<li>Track record of increasing responsibility in professional environments and of achieving superior results.</li>

<li>Creative problem-solving and an aptitude for reducing the impact of issues on the business.</li>
<li>Comfort supporting rapid decision-making, sometimes based upon imperfect information.</li>

<li>The ideal candidate will have both law firm and in-house experience.</li>
