With a team of more than 300 attorneys, CLS is the leader in the courtroom at each stage of a Chapter 39 proceeding.</p> <br> <p></p> <p>This is a full-time remote attorney position that can have a flexible schedule during nonbusiness hours. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching and drafting legal documents that promote permanency for dependent children in the State while ensuring compliance with Florida law and Department policy.
