<div id="jobDescriptionText" class="jobsearch-jobDescriptionText"><div> <div> Job Description </div> <div></div> <div> WME seeks a talented and highly motivated junior lawyer to join its business affairs team, primarily supporting the agency’s Digital and Non-Scripted TV divisions. <br> <br> Responsibilities </div> <ul> <li> Assisting with reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines, including podcast, talent, producer, and other digital agreements.</li> <li> Implementing and refining systems for information and document management.</li> <li> Fostering positive long-term relationships with the company’s clients, agents, and customers.</li> <li> Raising and spotting legal issues as appropriate with internal teams (compliance, litigation, etc.).</li> </ul> <div> <br> Qualifications </div> <ul> <li> Admitted attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for attorneys with transactional legal/business affairs experience.</li> <li> Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> <li> Sound judgment, a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a creative but practical and business-friendly approach to problem solving.</li> <li> Grit, tenacity, and flexibility.</li> <li> In-person required.</li> </ul> <div></div> Endeavor is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. </div></div>
