<p>Position Overview </p>

<p>We are seeking a Junior - Level Attorney with retail leasing and construction transactional experience to join our in-house legal department to represent the Company in retail real estate and construction related transactions.</p>

<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br> </p>

<div>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and negotiate retail lease amendments, leases, construction and architecture agreements for new and existing stores.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review and interpret retail lease provisions and construction agreements for existing store fleet in order to counsel business partners in real estate, retail, construction, architecture and lease accounting.</li>
</ul>

<p>Experience, Skills & Knowledge </p>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Applicant is required to have one to two years of legal experience in preparing and negotiating retail leases, lease amendments/modifications and architecture and construction agreements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical, communication and lease interpretation skills and previous experience multi-tasking assignments are also required to be considered for the position.</li>
