Successful candidates will have a combination of experience, including consumer financial services litigation and mortgage related disputes, and insurance defense matters in the health care industry. Strong litigation experience with drafting dispositive motions and supporting memoranda, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating at trials is required.
