Candidates should have at least 4-6 years of experience in representing lenders and/or borrowers, in connection with syndicated credit facilities. Candidates require excellent drafting skills and a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and documentation utilized in complex financing transactions. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred.
