Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience, and superb writing skills. The ideal candidate will also possess 3+ years of experience in health care litigation with a particular emphasis on medical staff matters, patient guardianship, end of life, and/or hospital reimbursement litigation. Working with hospitals is a strong positive. Persuasive writing experience, especially with drafting state and federal court pleadings and motions, is required. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
