Dickinson Wright seeks an attorney with significant transactional health care law experience to join our growing M&A/Private Equity and Health Law practice groups. Successful candidates must have: at least eight years’ experience supporting and leading health care transactions, including all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, building state compliant models, and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight; significant experience analyzing and applying health law regulatory matters, such as the Stark law, the federal anti-kickback statute, and HIPAA; the ability to work independently, strong business and entrepreneurial sense, and polished communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills; and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service, as well as the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
