Duane Morris LLP seeks a highly motivated mid-level associate to join its dynamic and growing Labor and Employment Class Action group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required. IL bar admission required. Hybrid work environment available. The target annual pay range for this role $245,000 - 295,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris’ total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
