The candidate will work on matters representing banks, private credit lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a wide-range of asset-based, acquisition and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex debt finance matters is required.
