Seeking two Corporate and Finance Associate Attorney II to join the Cleveland office. This position will offer legal assistance for potential acquisition targets or business ventures. Minimum requirements include a J.D. from an accredited US law school; licensed to practice law in Delaware, and willing to take the Ohio bar exam; 2 years of experience in corporate law, including 1 year of experience in corporate litigation, and 1 year of experience in transactional corporate law.
