Donahue Fitzgerald, LLP is seeking an associate attorney for our Real Estate practice group at our Oakland office. The position will provide hands on support for highly challenging and interesting legal assignments. This position will support multiple attorneys. Annual minimum billable hours is 1610, with the opportunity to earn a bonus for hours worked in excess of the minimum. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on leasing Ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenant Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials from a top law school. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar. The salary range for this position applies to California. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $160,000 – $190,000.
