Senior Associate Attorney Hybrid Remote/In-Office (MI) in our Southfield, MI office with a minimum of 5 years’ first party PIP experience. We are seeking an experienced Michigan litigator, first or second chair trial experience a plus, in automobile negligence and premises liability cases. The attorney holding this position will be responsible for managing case files, supervising other attorneys, taking and defending depositions, legal research, preparing legal documents, investigating facts, and attending hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. This is a hybrid position, with a flexible mixture of remote and intermittent in-office attendance. Qualified candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and proven ability to analyze sophisticated and complex factual and legal issues. Courtroom, motion, and deposition experience preferred. Experience in state and federal courts and with alternative dispute resolution is also desirable. Michigan bar license required.
