Bradley’s Construction Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office is seeking to add an associate with 4-6 years private practice experience in construction claims and litigation. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Significant and substantive writing experience involving trial court and appellate briefs is strongly preferred. Must have DC, Maryland and/or Virginia Bar membership. The candidate also should be willing to assist in other areas as needed.
