Description
Robinson Bradshaw is seeking an energetic and experienced lawyer for its health care regulatory practice. The position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated, national clients and a collaborative team committed to growing the health care transactional and regulatory practice group. Preferred candidates would have five to 10 years of health care regulatory experience with substantive knowledge in the following areas: Health care privacy (including HIPAA and the HITECH Act) Federal and state fraud and abuse laws (including the Stark Law and AntiKickback Statute) Corporate practice of medicine issues Telehealth laws, regulations and policies Value-based care (including ACOs and CINs) Reimbursement and managed care contracting Compliance support for health care providers (including support forregulatory compliance programs and governmental and internal investigations) Regulatory support for health care transactions and referral source contracting All candidates should have a passion for health care law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment. In-house experience welcomed.
