THE OPPORTUNITY: Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience working on litigation matters (including single-plaintiff cases and class/collective action matters), workplace trainings, policy and handbook reviews, investigations and counseling This is a partnership-track position. Remote candidates will not be considered.
