Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, a 150+ attorney law firm based in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a highly qualified associate for its bankruptcy and insolvency practice with 0-3 years of experience (J.D. years 2020-2023). Applicants should have strong interest in practicing commercial bankruptcy and insolvency law, including commercial chapter 11 cases and associated litigation, out-of-court workouts, receiverships, UCC Article 9 foreclosures, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and distressed M&A transactions. Applicants must have excellent writing and advocacy skills and stellar academic credentials. Judicial clerkship and/or law review a plus, as is relevant large or sophisticated boutique law firm experience.
