Winstead PC is seeking a 3-6 year attorney for a position with our Corporate, Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing (CCTO) practice group in Dallas. This practice is primarily focused on the aviation industry, handling a myriad of sophisticated transactions for our airline clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Technology Transactions: Experience with tech transactional work, ideally in the corporate practice group of a large firm or company. AmLaw200 experience: We are looking for someone who is familiar with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work. Writing Skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting. Aviation experience: Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset, but is not a requirement. Why Winstead?
