Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks a Safe Drinking Water Act (“SDWA” or “the Act”) associate with three to four years of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate should have significant expertise in drinking water regulation and experience with the SDWA and its implementing regulations, including standard setting under the Act (e.g., MCLGs, MCLs, HALs). The ideal candidate should have significant expertise in drinking water regulation and related disciplines, a clear interest in environmental law, a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tort litigation experience is a plus. The candidate should be enterprising and have a strong desire to become a leader in the field of environmental law.
