BakerHostetler is seeking 1L students (Class of 2028) to join our Firm’s 2026 Summer Associate Program in Denver.
BakerHostetler’s summer program is designed to give law students exposure to many facets of the firm’s practice. Summer Associates attend Firmwide Summer Training Programs with a robust curriculum where they have the opportunity to interact with other Summer Associates across the firm. Additionally, in their local offices, they participate in conferences, practice group sessions, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings, labor arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and business transaction closings. We closely monitor work assignments to ensure that Summer Associates work on multiple projects with a variety of lawyers in different practice areas.
Qualifications Include:
• Superior academic records
• Will have completed 1 year of law school prior to the 2026 Summer Program
• High levels of initiative and motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic
• Extracurricular involvement and leadership experience

The annualized gross salary for Denver Summer Associates is expected to be $210,000, which will be pro-rated and payable in semi-monthly installments, subject to industry, market, and economic conditions.
