Arnold & Porter is seeking mid-level to senior associates (2018 - 2022) to join our Corporate & Finance group in our San Francisco office. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in M&A and EC/VC. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals. Candidates should also have experience working with founders, investors, and high-growth companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle.
Our deal teams are structured within the Corporate & Finance practice group to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path.
Applicants must currently be licensed or eligible to become licensed in California.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000 in California, commensurate with experience.
