What you’ll do: Perform patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and/or non-infringement analyses, including claim chart construction as applicable. Draft post-grant documents (e.g. petitions, replies) outlining technical arguments. Advise post-grant and patent litigation teams based on your technical or scientific area of expertise. Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients. Who you are: You have an advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or closely related field. You have 0-3 years of post-grant and/or prosecution experience (preferred). You are admitted to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred). You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000- $185,000.
