Description
The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP has an incredible opportunity for an Employee Benefits Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their industry-leading practice. As one of the largest employee benefits groups in the US, our attorneys represent some of the largest and most well-known businesses in key industries such as manufacturing, retail, health care, insurance and financial services. We are looking for that driven individual with a background in employee benefits and executive compensation. The ideal candidate will have broad-based employee benefits experience in retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, pension investments, mergers and acquisitions. Institutional investment experience is a plus but not required. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
