Description
The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a mid-level bankruptcy associate with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience spanning bankruptcy motion practice, bankruptcy litigation in contested motion practice and adversary proceedings (including appeals), commercial litigation, creditor rights litigation, commercial foreclosure litigation, and restructuring and finance transactional experience. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required, with NY Bar a strong plus.
