Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials; Texas bar admission; excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills; and 1-3 years of complex civil litigation experience at a large law firm, preferably focused on product liability defense. An interest in science and/or public health issues is a plus. Candidates who have a general litigation background, but a strong desire to focus on product liability litigation, will also be considered.
