Our fast-paced business immigration practice an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our Raleigh, NC based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Requirements Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group. 4+ years of experience with NIV and IV visas. Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills. Benefits In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $185,000 and $220,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
