The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with 4-5 or more years of litigation experience, preferably transportation litigation experience, to become an integral part of our Litigation Department. Experience in defending motor carrier clients and insurance coverage issues would be particularly valuable. Academically distinguished applicants, who have excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as deposition, discovery and motion practice experience, are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. We seek a bright, hard working person with good judgment and attention to detail. Georgia law license required or candidate must be able to take the Georgia Bar and obtain license promptly.
