Shartsis Friese LLP is seeking a California-barred attorney with approximately 4 or more years of litigation experience to manage consumer mass arbitration docket for a global tech company client. This position will manage all phases of the consumer arbitration process, including attending preliminary hearings, drafting arbitration submissions and handling evidentiary hearings (the vast majority of which are conducted remotely). This is a fully remote, part time position (approximately 25-30 hours per week). The anticipated annual base salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $135,000 to $155,000. The final annual base salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
