We are seeking a junior to senior level litigation associate with: 1 to 3 years of litigation experience Background in securities law, finance, or accounting is preferred but not necessary Exceptionally strong writing, research, and analytical skills The candidate will primarily be responsible for: Drafting comprehensive complaints and briefs in various trial and appellate courts Taking a significant role in managing large discovery matters Performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues While this position can be hybrid or remote, there is a strong preference for working in the office.
