Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor Associate or Counsel/Senior Counsel with at least 3 years of experience for any of our offices. As an Associate or Counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. This position can be either remote or housed in any of our offices. It requires the ability to travel for work. 3+ years of traditional labor law experience, working with or without partner oversight on litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances in labor arbitration, advising on labor law matters, researching labor law issues, or participating in or advising on collective bargaining Other areas of expected experience: case law research, brief and motion drafting Employment law background and basic familiarity a plus (but not required) Experience and understanding of federal rules (trial or appellate) and NLRB rules a plus Admission to the state Bar for the office to which you are applying or the ability to waive in to that state Bar Search firms with an active fee agreement may submit candidates for this position via our portal.
