Mid-level Debt Finance Associate. At least 3 years of experience assisting with private company debt financing transactions. Experience in venture loan transactions, SaaS based loans and other general corporate matters a plus. Position will involve debt finance in a variety of industries, to support work primarily with corporate and private equity sponsor borrowers, private equity or other fund (non-bank) lenders, on senior secured loans, subordinated loans, and acquisition/leveraged financings. At least 3 years experience working at a nationally recognized law firm required. Options to work from firm office or remotely from home, depending on your preference. Our rates are also hundreds of dollars an hour below AmLaw 100 standard rates, which dramatically enhances business development.
