Description
The Banking group in the Los Angeles office is looking to hire an associate (class of 2016-2018) with experience in representing lenders and borrowers, including private equity sponsors, in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset based loans, first and second lien financings and other types of U.S. and international financings. Ideal candidates will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and documentation utilized in complex financing transactions. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The Banking Group at Skadden represents a wide variety of clients around the globe in cutting-edge financing transactions.
