Gfeller Laurie LLP, a dynamic, growing boutique law firm with a national civil defense practice, seeks an associate admitted to the Connecticut Bar with 2-4 years of civil defense litigation experience to assist in day-to-day handling of civil litigation matters in defense of personal injury claims. The successful candidate will work closely with the Firm’s partners and must be well-versed in the Connecticut Practice Book and all aspects of Connecticut practice and procedure. Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills are a must. Successful candidates must have relevant experience and a genuine interest in developing sophisticated civil defense litigation experience and skills. Admission in Connecticut is required; additional admissions in New York and/or Massachusetts are advantageous. The position is for residency in the Firm’s West Hartford, Connecticut office.
