Boies Schiller Flexner is currently accepting applications for 2026 1L summer associate positions in our South Florida offices.
We attract the most talented law students by providing them with hands-on experience in some of the most high-profile cases in the country. Our summer program is designed to provide realistic exposure to the firm’s lawyers and clients, while the small class size in each office allows for close mentoring and training in an informal and collegial environment.
Summer associates will have a mentor and will work closely with attorneys at the firm on a range of cases, including pro bono cases. In recent years, our summer associates have assisted with drafting briefs and have prepared for and attended oral arguments, hearings, and depositions. In addition to client work, summer associates have many opportunities to spend time with our lawyers in a more casual atmosphere at weekly events throughout the summer.
