AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with approximately 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., seeks an associate with two to three years of regulatory and compliance experience in a law firm, with an emphasis on banking and financial services, payment processors, fintech, data privacy and security, anti-money laundering, and money transmission. This role will support our regulatory practices, including Payment Systems & Fintech and Privacy & Cybersecurity. Experience in drafting commercial contracts is preferred and familiarity with healthcare or environmental regulations is valued. Candidates should have a strong academic background. JD transcripts should be provided with submissions. The salary range for this position is $205,000-$250,000, commensurate with experience.
