Faegre Drinker seeks an experienced attorney for our Private Client practice in our Minneapolis office. Successful candidates will have of three or more years of experience in estate planning, preferably with an emphasis on transfer tax planning, as well as trust and estate administration, including drafting trust agreements and wills, handling probate proceedings, administering trusts, and preparing gift and estate tax returns. Candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral communications skills, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision. Admission in Minnesota is required. Admission in other jurisdictions, or willingness to seek admission, preferred. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position in the Minneapolis office is $225,000 to $300,000. Compensation for this position in other offices will vary; the anticipated compensation range for other locations is available here. Actual initial salary will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
