Experienced Labor Relations Attorney–Seattle OR Portland (Hybrid Position) Miller Nash is seeking an experienced management-side traditional labor law attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join our Employment Law and Labor Relations team in our Seattle or Portland office. Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated commitment to client service, ability to manage direct client relationships, enthusiasm for working in a team environment, and be ready to hit the ground running on immediate client needs. Experience with traditional labor law in private or public sectors required, including experience in collective bargaining, contract administration advice, and representing employers in arbitrations and board hearings. Some client base is preferred, and candidates must be an active member in good-standing of Washington State Bar Association or Oregon State Bar, or eligible for reciprocity. California State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.
