We are looking for an Associate of approximately six years PQE with law firm corporate transactional experience to join our Corporate Real Estate team in London. Experience with real estate joint ventures, preferred equity, and real estate portfolio and operating company acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, is ideal, but private M&A experience or private investment funds experience may be suitable. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
