Stradling is looking for a 3-5 year debt finance associate for our Century City or Newport Beach offices. For this position, we are looking for someone who can draft security agreements and complete a first mark-up of a credit agreement. Our busy debt finance team is led by a former Latham partner, and consists of a first year associate as well as a 9th year associate.
