The Pittsburgh office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an associate with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience. Qualified candidates will have experience with litigation matters from start to finish, such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials. The ideal candidate will also have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Traditional labor law experience is preferred, but not required. In addition to a busy litigation docket, you will work with and counsel clients on various day-to-day employment law challenges, drafting/revising handbooks, manager training, and similar activities.
