Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a mid- to senior-level real estate finance associate for its New York office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by commercial real estate. In addition to superior academic credentials, the candidate should have excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
